Remote Teleradiology Radiologist

About This Position

Aligned Radiology Services is hiring board-certified diagnostic radiologists for a fully remote teleradiology position. This is a physician-owned group — no private equity, no venture capital, no corporate parent. You will read ED and STAT inpatient studies from anywhere in the country using Cortex PACS, a next-generation imaging platform designed by one of our founding radiologists. We offer industry-leading per-click compensation, a minimum 7-on/21-off schedule, and real participation in the value you help create. Choose from evening (5pm–1am), overnight (11pm–7am), or swing (8pm–4am) shifts.

What You'll Do

• Read ED and STAT inpatient radiology studies remotely using Cortex PACS
• Interpret CT, MRI, and advanced imaging studies with high diagnostic accuracy
• Maintain turnaround times within agreed service levels
• Collaborate with referring clinicians as needed
• Approximately 16% plain films — focus on advanced imaging that engages your training

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• ABR board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active medical license in at least one U.S. state (we can assist with additional licensing)
• Comfortable with teleradiology workflows and remote reading
• Strong diagnostic skills in emergency and trauma imaging
